You're Probably Overcomplicating This.

Woman jogging in park.

Raise your hand if you’ve ever tried to follow all the health & fitness advice at once…

Yep, me too. It feels like every day there’s a new “must-try” health trend. Keto! No, Paleo. Count macros! Go plant-based! Nope, just intuitively eat!

It’s exhausting. And let’s be real: It usually leads to more stress, not less.

So here’s a little secret I’ve learned after years of trial and error:

1) You have to find a plan that works for YOU.

2) The simpler, the better.

Because when you keep things SIMPLE, you make it so much easier to be consistent.

So instead of trying to overhaul everything at once, focus on a few impactful habits that actually fit into your life. Here’s what this looks like for me:

  • I rotate 2-3 easy on-the-go breakfast options that are packed with nutrients to start my day on the right foot.

  • Every Sunday, I add at least 20 minutes of intentional movement to each day of the week on my calendar.

Simple? Yes.

Boring? Maybe.

Effective? Absolutely.

And you know what? The results are way more sustainable.

Here’s your challenge for this week: Take a look at your wellness routine and pick one thing to simplify. Maybe it’s meal planning, workouts, or even your morning routine.

Once you’ve picked it, comment below and share it with us for accountability. We'd love to hear it!
