Some days, the to-do list wins.
You skip your workout…
Dinner’s whatever you can throw together…
And your goals are the absolute last thing on your mind.
I was talking with a client the other day who told me,
“It’s like the second my day goes off track, everything else snowballs.”
And I get it.
Life can become incredibly busy—especially when you’re juggling work, family, and trying to take care of yourself.
But here’s the shift I gave her—and now I’m giving to you:
👉 Just do ONE hard thing.
Not the whole list.
Not everything you need to get done.
Just one thing that moves you forward today.
Maybe it’s:
Getting your workout in NO MATTER WHAT—even if it’s just 15 minutes on your walking pad.
Making lunch at home and packing it with veggies and protein.
Saying no to something you’ve been wanting to say no to.
Going to bed 30 minutes earlier instead of scrolling TikTok or watching Netflix.
Pick something that feels doable…
Something that your future self will thank you for.
Because when you stack those “one hard things” day after day…
Momentum keeps building…
And that’s when change sticks.
So here’s your challenge today:
Pick your one hard thing. Then go do it!
Even if that’s the only thing you do today—You're still moving forward. 🙌
