How To Declutter Your Self-Care Routine

Identify your top 2-3 specific actions that will get you there the fastest (safely).

Ask your health care provider for their top 3 lifestyle change recommendations … and lean into them, hard!

Want to get faster for a sport?

Build a base of speed, strength, and power – and then nail down the specifics for your sport.

It’s not fancy or complicated, but it works.
