The good news: Giving your gut a little TLC doesn’t mean an entire life overhaul or spending hours in the kitchen…


And with a few tweaks, you can feel the difference in just a handful of days! 


Here’s Your Weekly Gut Reset Plan:


Monday: Start your day with water before coffee. It’ll help wake up your digestion and set the tone for the rest of the day.


Tuesday: Add a prebiotic food like garlic, onions, or asparagus to one meal. Prebiotics act as “fuel” for the good bacteria in your gut, helping them thrive and support your digestion.


Wednesday: Take a 10-minute walk after lunch. Moving around after meals can help with digestion, reduce bloating, and leave you with a clear head!


Thursday: Spend 5 minutes journaling about anything that’s been stressing you out. Your gut and your mind are more connected than you think—when stress levels rise, digestion takes a hit. Journaling is a great exercise that will help.


Friday: Add a fermented food like kimchi, sauerkraut, or yogurt. These are full of probiotics that help keep your gut balanced and happy.
