Sip, Sweat, & Stretch Pop-Up

T.C. Fitness and StretchLab Shaenfield are excited to bring you our very first Sip, Sweat & Stretch Pop-Up Event!!!

Even though our Sip & Sweat season has technically ended, we just couldn't pass on the chance to bring you one more with a twist!!! Come Sip, Sweat AND STRETCH with us Saturday, October 12th.


First, we'll start with StretchLab's Flexologists guiding you through a custom STRETCH session designed to increase range of motion, energy levels and reduce pain...the perfect warm-up for our morning.


Next, we'll get our SWEAT on with Tiffany of T.C. Fitness as she leads you through a 45-minute workout designed for all ages and fitness levels.

After the workout, cool down as you SIP on mimosas and refuel with our build-your-own parfait bar.


If you don't get a chance to stretch with one of the Flexologists before the workout, you will have the opportunity to do so during our social hour.
