September Online Workout Challenge

Let's workout together all September long!!!

This online program has been created and designed to get you up and moving! Each day you will be assigned one simple exercise to complete (30 minutes or less; no equipment required) at home, in the gym, or anywhere you may be. We will also have a private Facebook group to help you stay motivated, encourage others, and ask any questions that may arise.

How it works:

1) Register (and invite friends to join you)

2) Receive your September workout calendar by email on August 30th

3) Join our private Facebook group (optional but highly recommended; link will be sent with calendar)

4) Complete daily workout (at home, in the gym or on the road)

5) Have fun, stay motivated, encourage others, and improve your strength & endurance!!!


Registration is now open through August 31st.

Program runs September 1st - 30th.
