Let's Workout Together, Online!

We designed this online program to get you up and moving all month long! Each day you will be assigned one simple exercise to complete (30 minutes or less; no equipment required) at home, in the gym, or anywhere you may be. We will also have a private Facebook group to help you stay motivated, encourage others, and ask any questions that may arise.

How it works:

1) Sign-up (and invite friends to join you)

2) Receive your August workout calendar by email on July 30th

3) Join our private Facebook group (optional but highly recommended)

4) Complete daily workout (at home or in the gym)

5) Have fun, stay motivated, encourage others, and improve your strength & endurance!!!


Registration is now open through July 31st.

Program runs from August 1st - 31st.
