Join us this SUMMER for our Virtual Group Classes!!! They allow you the opportunity to get up and moving from the comfort of your home. Each 30-minute workout targets your complete body from head to toe with a combination of cardio-based and strength training bodyweight exercises. These fun-filled, high energy classes are an excellent way to stay active all week long! No equipment is required but we can always show you how to incorporate it into the workout for a greater challenge. Regardless of your current fitness level, these classes are perfect for you!!! ​We have several days and times available, so find what works for your new COVID schedule and get registered.
