About The Event
Join us Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5:30AM AND/OR Saturdays at 10AM for a 30-minute virtual group class perfect for all fitness levels; modifications will be provided as needed. No equipment is required but if you would like to challenge yourself further you may use weights or resistance bands throughout the workout.
You will need to download Zoom onto your computer or phone prior to the workout. If you have any questions or issues with Zoom please email us as soon as possible.
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive the zoom link needed to access the class.
We ask that you sign in to your class at least 5-10 minutes before the start time so we can begin as scheduled. If you sign in late, either jump right in or wait for my instruction on how to proceed.
