About The Event

Our Take Charge of Your Diet 6-week plan is not about eating clean, cutting out all processed foods, depriving yourself, eliminating sugar, limiting carbs, or eating boring. This plan is about creating balance in your body!

Let's be honest we are very busy people, with hectic schedules, and limited time for the things that we truly enjoy in life.

So stop wasting your time waiting for food at restaurants (that aren't even helping you reach your goals), aimlessly wandering around the grocery store, searching pinterest for hours for a good recipe, or trying to decide what "healthy" really means. Let us do it for you!

Our plan provides you with your daily meal plan, weekly grocery lists, and easy-to-make recipes. All you have to do is complete the grocery shopping and make your meals. Heck, you don't even have to do the grocery shopping these days with HEB's curbside and delivery services. However, you do have to cook!

But don't look at cooking as such an evil task. It can be a great way to include more family or couple time, it's a wonderful learning experience for all involved, and when you're all done you get to eat it (obviously not all at once). And as an added bonus you now know exactly what you are putting into your body. When was the last time you turned over your cereal box and read the ingredients? How many of those words look familiar? Can you even pronounce half of them?

This lack of knowledge of what we are fueling our bodies with directly contributes to an unbalanced diet, which in turn creates bad sleeping patterns, moodiness (hangry is a real thing y'all), irregular bowel movements, constant bloating, acne, muscle fatigue, memory loss, and can lead to a variety of disease. Who wouldn't want to get rid of or improve these things? With our plan that is exactly what you will be able to do.

Q:What does your program include?

A: 6 weeks of done-for-you daily meal plans, weekly grocery lists, and easy-to-make recipes. You also get complete access to your trainer and will be added to our Take Charge of Your Diet accountability group.

Q: What is an accountability group?

A: An accountability group is a safe place for you to ask questions, motivate other participants, share concerns, celebrate successes, share pics of what you're eating, post about your workouts, and anything else that you find to be useful or fun!!! :)

Q: Do I have to participate in the accountability group?

A: Is it mandatory, no. Is it highly recommended, yes! The more you participate, the more you hold yourself and help hold others accountable. You will find your experience on this program to be more fulfilling and exciting by bonding with people participating in the exact same program. Lean on each other!!!

Q: What kind of results can I expect?

A: As with all of our programs, your adherence will directly affect your results. With 100% adherence you could lose an average of 1-2lbs/week. (Results will vary based on adherence, age, height, weight, sex, bf% and activity level.)

Q: How much does this cost?

A: Our 6-week program is only $119. That includes everything previously mentioned - daily meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, 24/7 access to your trainer (me), and our accountability group.
