We are excited to bring our Summer Sip & Sweat series back to The Lucky Duck!!!
🤔 What happens at a Sip & Sweat?
We sip & sweat of course, but not quite in that order.
We'll kick things off at 11 a.m. with a high-energy 45-minute workout led by Tiffany. Then, we'll head into the bar to cool off with some refreshing cocktails (or mocktails) — first two are on us!
