About The Event
We are super excited to partner with SQUeeZeRS Juice Bar for our first Sip & Sweat Saturday of 2023!!!
This will be a completely alcohol-free event.
We'll start off our Sip & Sweat with a Wellness Shot for a little energy boost, then move into our 45-minute, heart-pumping workout led by me. After the workout, we'll hang out & cool down with SQUeeZeRS' signature SA Punch!!!
What you'll need to bring:
- Towel (for the sweating)
- Exercise mat (for ground exercises)
- Water bottle (to stay hydrated)
- Smiles & laughter 🤗
We always encourage you to invite your friends BUT this is also a great way to meet new people who enjoy some of the same activities you do!!!
This venue has a max capacity of 10 participants, so don't wait too long to grab your ticket.
