What To Expect:
- DAILY MINI-WORKOUTS (1-3 exercises; 30 minutes or less; no equipment required)
- DAILY NUTRITIONAL GOALS (ex: Drink 80 ounces of water; eat 1 cup of veggies)
- PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP to help you stay motivated, encourage others, and ask any questions that may arise.
