6th Annual Toy Drive - Vinyasa Yoga

'Tis the season for our annual T.C. Fitmas Toy Drive!!! 

Meet us on the mat on Saturday, December 2nd for a 60-minute vinyasa yoga flow. This class is FREE with your donation of a new, unwrapped gift for a child.

Our power vinyasa flow is a fitness-style yoga where we focus on linking your breath to your movement to create a dynamic flow of poses.  

This is a moderate-intensity class but can be scaled up or down to fit your needs. All yogis, new to yoga or seasoned, are welcome.

Here are the deets:

- When: Saturday, December 2nd

- Time: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM (please arrive 10-15 minutes early to find your spot and get settled in)

- Where: Fitness1440 (yoga studio)

- Cost: A NEW unwrapped toy (ages: infant - 18yrs) OR a $20 cash donation

- What to bring: Yoga mat, water, & towel

Your toys will be donated to the families of Edgewood ISD! Each year the officers of the Edgewood ISD Police Department wrap all of the toys & hand-deliver them to each family.
